Elscint automation manufactures vibratory bowl feeders in seven models 100, 160, 250, 250 d, 400, 400 hd and 630. These vibratory bowl feeders are having ce marking conforming to european safety norms for machinery safety, low voltage directive as well as the electro magnetic compatibility. The bowls are finished in either cast aluminium or stainless steel. All drive units are correctly engineered for stable performance at high speed with minimum maintenance. Totally encapsulated type coils with adequate power for particular models, are used. A removable guard/cover is provided for safety. All drive units are for full wave operation and hence the energy consumption of these drive units is 40 per cent less than its competitors who offer half wave operation with separate control box, with which, it is possible to control the speed of the vibratory bowl feeder infinitely. These feeders are available with salient features like standard units for electrical supply of 230 v, 50 hz; soft start controllers. In case of requirement, units sutitable for 110 v/ 60 hz can also be offered. These vibratory bowls find applications in feeding components for subsequent operations cosmetic, electrical, mechanical, pharmaceutical, optical, bearing and many other industries.
